Extension of Rurscholle A4, North and South: The tendered supplies and services comprise the earthwork and drainage, superstructure, bordering and equipment works for the two-sided extension of the PWC Rur-Scholle on the BAB 4 near Düren, incl. Privacy screen, underground cable constructionThe PWC Rur-Scholle service stations (north and south) are located at km 29.5 on the A4 motorway, viewed on a large scale between the Aachen motorway junction (A4/A44) and the Kerpen motorway junction (A4/A61).The rest stops are located northwest of Düren on the A4 motorway between the Düren motorway and the Weisweiler motorway and lie entirely within the urban area of Düren (Düren district), with the area north of the A4 motorway belonging to the Merken district and the area south or southeast of the A4 motorway belonging to the EchtzKonzendorf and Hoven districts. One of the aims of the new PWC facilities is to create a number of parking spaces on rest areas in the affected section of the A4 motorway which is appropriate to the needs of road users, and in particular professional drivers of heavy goods vehicles, in order to enable them to comply with the rest periods prescribed for professional drivers and recommended for other road users. The invitation to tender shall be made in several lots, one of which shall be one. Further lots such as the WC building, the upgrading of electricity, water supply and sewage disposal as well as the lighting I electrical equipment will be tendered separately.
