Specifically: for the gas and electricity meters, this conversion is limited to customer installations that meet the following technical conditions: - electrical power consumption <= 56 kVA,- G4/G6 gas meter. The works must be spread geographically in Flanders. The assignment comprises the following parts:1. on the one hand, the remaining share of meters from the priority target groups included in the Energy Decree of the Flemish Government. These target groups and their respective deadlines for digitisation are the following:- proof of concept/pilot smart meters and the active budget meters - 31.12.2021,- existing prosuments - 31.12.2022.In addition, within these target groups a Lot Metrologie Elektriciteit will also be included with a deadline of 31.12.2021.2. the original objective of complete digitisation by the end of 2034 was also accelerated by the Flemish Government. The new objective formulates a conversion of 80% by 31.12.2024. In addition to the effective meter change and contact with the end customer, this assignment also includes the entire organisation, the planning, the division of work, the monitoring of the personnel deployed, the logistics, the quality control of the work delivered, the data transfer between the contractor and the customer (including the monitoring of data quality) and the necessary reporting to the customer. The contractor will have a high degree of freedom to organise itself in this respect. The traditional water meters of water companies can be replaced in synergy with the timing of the electricity and gas meters at their request, at the same rhythm and aligned with the timing of the electricity and gas meters.
