Description
The Ministry of Environment and Water of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is inviting eligible international bidders to submit sealed proposals for the construction of the Kaska Dam Irrigation System in Challapata. This project is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) under the National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I. The contract duration is 365 calendar days.
The bidding process follows International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures as per IDB procurement policies and is open to bidders from eligible countries. Interested companies must meet administrative, legal, financial, technical, and experience-based qualification criteria.
