Description

The subject matter of the order is the execution of construction works related to the construction of the Nursing Home at 25 Praska Street in Krakow. Location of the investment: 30-329 Krakow, 25 Praska Street, plot no. 19/2, precinct 8, Podgórze evidential unit. The investment is co-financed with funds from the Government Strategic Investment Fund - Polish Order. The subject matter of the contract also includes: construction of an alternative technological road to the construction site, whose design - a sketch of the future technological road is an appendix to this SWZ, obtaining by the contractor of all agreements, opinions and permits, in particular the final decision on the occupancy permit. Appropriate powers of attorney for the contractor shall be granted by the ordering party.
The detailed scope of work is specified in the following documents: 1) Construction design - architectural and building and land development design,2) Technical designs, including branch designs,3) Technical specification for execution and acceptance of works,4) Bill of quantities of works,5) List of materials, devices and equipment,6) Interior arrangement design,7) Geotechnical opinion,8) Detailed design - ceiling system of horizontal transport of patients,9) Construction permit decision no. 1534/6740.1/2021 mark AU-01-5.6740.1.833.2021.JGA of 23 November 2021.
