Description

The work is a project that was contracted previously and that was completed in advance, where at present the foundations, overlay and some supporting structures remain. The work consults to repair the damages produced to the main work, mainly the cuts that suffered the afferration that will give rise to intervene foundations, superimposition and supporting structures, to give continuity to all the items that allow to have the Social Headquarter according to planes and technical specifications.

This work considers 1 office, access hall, 2 bathrooms, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility, kitchen and multipurpose room. The work is reinforced masonry, steel beams, pre-painted zinc-aluminium roof, closure based on metal grilles, with universal access, concrete access to the nearest pavement, among other works.
