Description

The Ile de Loisirs de BUTHIERS, a territorial establishment of the mixed syndicate type, has an additional building: the sports and leisure center, dedicated to the practice of climbing in a closed and covered space of 686 m². We find there :
Pans rooms: you can climb up to 4 m, without being hung up. In case of a fall, you are received on the mats on the ground. This corresponds to the local practice of the Ile de Loisirs de BUTHIERS.
A difficulty room: it differs from the previous ones by the fact that one climbs as high as possible, while being roped up and harnessed, assured by a person on the ground
A slightly lowered area with an opening roof which allows the height to be increased by 10 m in this specific area
A 2500m2 hall covering two tennis courts
2 padel courts to cover

The present call for tenders consists in selecting one or several economic operators able to create new walls, to modify the existing infrastructure, to install a wall
