The subject matter of the contract is the provision of Project Management services under the title: "Construction of cycling routes network of Western Pomerania - the Velo Baltica route, stage VIII (section Dziwnów-Łukęcin)
1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project;2) investor supervision and control over the execution of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded contract for construction works;3) activities aimed at timely completion of construction works;4) documentation of the progress of works;5) fulfilment of reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager6) exercise of author's supervision in accordance with Article 20 (4) of the Construction Law of 7 July 1994.2. The scope of the construction works includes:1) demolition and preparation works;2) cutting down trees colliding with the investment;3) construction of a bicycle path;4) construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path;5) reconstruction of the existing exits;6) construction of bus stop platforms and pedestrian accesses;7) reconstruction of the existing bus bay;8) reconstruction of the existing culverts;9) vertical and horizontal marking of the voivodeship road and bicycle path, installation of road traffic safety elements;10) reconstruction of the colliding road lighting in m. Dziwnówek;11) construction of a technological duct;12) securing the tele-technical network and power network;13) filling and reconstruction of the road shoulders of the voivodeship road;14) reprofiling of the existing road ditches;15) construction of new sections of road ditches and culverts;16) humus covering and sowing the area within the road strip.3The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in Chapter C "Description of the subject matter of the contract" and in "§ 9 Obligations of the Contractor for the Project Manager" of the model contract.4) The Contracting Authority does not anticipate employing the persons referred to in art. 96 par. 2 item 2 of the Act.5) The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding similar contracts, as referred to in art. 214 par. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law.1) The scope of services is defined as up to PLN 7,300.00 net, within the scope consistent with the subject matter of the base contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services.23) Moreover, to calculate the gross remuneration for the contracts referred to in art. 214.1.7 of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Authority may use the following formula: R x W u ...................... = Contractor's gross remuneration W kR - gross remuneration referred to in § 3 item 1 of the contractWu - gross remuneration value of the contract awarded to the contractor for the works under art. 214 item 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law Act, to which the supervision appliesWk - gross remuneration value of the contractor for the works under the base contract.
