This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is the second stage procurement as set out in Single Project RFPQ #1070-2425-062A issued on April 23, 2024 and is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Pre-Qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for construction of a new 2nd Stage Women’s Transition Housing building (“the Project”) to be located in Northern BC and as further described in this RFP and attached Appendices.This opportunity is ONLY available to pre-qualified organizations resulting from the first stage RFPQ 1070-2425-062A Construction Management, 2nd Stage Women’s Transition Housing, North BC issued on April 23, 2024.Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in this tender process.
