For information on Lot 1, see: https://www.subreport.de/E35252934.Gegenstand The award here is Lot 2 (participation) in the Combined Construction Work, Assembly, Liability and Planning Liability Insurance for the construction project "Neubau ESTW Köln Hbf" (New Construction ESTW Cologne Central Station): In the 1st the S-Bahn area, in the 2nd the F-Bahn area. The S-Bahn area IBN Level 1 comprises the renewal of the track level signal box Kf(s) Bahnhof Köln Hbf. The signal box Kf(s) is adjacent to the operating points Köln-Mülheim, Köln-Kalk, Köln Nippes, Köln Ehrenfeld and the signal box Kf for the long-distance railway from Cologne Central Station. The S-Bahn lines include the VzG lines "Köln Hbf - Köln-Worringen", "Posthof - Köln Steinstr A", "Köln Hansaring - Düren" and "Köln Hbf (S-Bahn) - Duisburg Hbf". The adjustment range of the future. ESTW Köln Hbf 1.IBN is located at the zweigl. S-Bahn / passenger train line Cologne - Worringen and Cologne - Duisburg and the partly parallel long-distance lines 2600, 2610, 2630, 2633 and 2639. Further lines are the connection to Köln-Kalk and Köln-Ehrenfeld. In the area of the ESTW-Köln Hbf 1.IBN the signalling systems are basically renewed. Some signal locations remain unchanged at the same location as the existing signal. At these signal systems only the existing signals are renewed. In total, 28 special foundation constructions are required on and at bridges and engineering structures. The S-Bahn area is preferred as the 1st construction phase i.R. of the ESTW Cologne main station. The F-Bahn area commissioning stage 2 comprises the renewal of the track plan interlocking Kf(s) Köln Hbf from the year 1974. With the 2nd IBN stage w. a 2nd sub-centre was put into operation, which controls the long-distance railway. Within the scope of the project ESTW Köln Hbf 2.IBN all signal devices will be updated to the latest St.d.Techn.level. In this connection, all existing systems must be replaced by new signal systems. I.R.d. Planunug will be signed. Existing signal devices can also continue to be used. The investment sum for this project with a currently planned construction period until 2025 is estimated at approx. EUR 159 million. Accordingly, the term of the insurance contract is also planned to run until 31.12.2025 (until the end of the project plus extended maintenance and subsequent liability - see below). The insurance contract begins after the award of the contract vsl. from Aug. 2019 (if necessary later) following a currently existing preliminary cover. as this is a project insurance, the contract duration corresponds to the vsl./planned project duration (construction period). In the case of liability insurance, the sum insured per claim is a lump sum of EUR 20,000,000 for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss, including benefits under environmental liability insurance. In the case of planning liability insurance, a separate sum insured per claim is a lump sum of EUR 10,000,000 for property damage and pecuniary loss. Extended maintenance in the construction performance and erection insurance part amounts to 42 months. The subsequent liability in the liability insurance is 10 years, in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years and the general deductible is at least 10,000 EUR. The deductible does not apply to personal injury. The extended planning coverage is included in the planning liability insurance.
