Description

This consultation is part of the extension of line 11 to Rosny-Bois-Perrier and concerns the urban and landscape redevelopment work around the viaduct and the Côteaux Beauclair overhead station. It includes the creation of a planted pedestrian walkway under the viaduct, the development of a pedestrian forecourt in front of the station, the redevelopment and planting of the surrounding area, the reconfiguration of the general road system following the insertion of the viaduct (earthworks, roadway structure, various networks) as well as the development of street furniture and various equipment.The contract concerns a framework agreement including a minimum amount and a maximum amount corresponding to the services of the minimum amount plus any contingencies and services that are not certain (trailers, supply and installation of fencing/gates), the perimeters of which are described in Article II.2.4.
The work concerns urban and landscape development.The services included in the minimum amount are the following: (non-exhaustive list)- execution studies;- presentation of samples, prototypes and test plots in order to choose the types of materials;- topographical surveys and layouts;- site installations (in and out of the site);- preparatory work (clearing brush, felling trees, purging, removal, demolition, etc.);- carrying out earthworks (including the construction of a new road);- construction of a new roadway.the creation of BA works (retaining walls, stairs, etc.)the creation of civil engineering works (retaining walls, stairs, etc.);- the development of the various roadways (roadway, pavement, track, etc.) and the adaptation/creation of the various networks (lighting and drainage);- the creation of the pavements (concrete, bituminous, decorative concrete, etc.) including various markingsThe services included in the maximum amount are as follows: (non-exhaustive list)- the installation of site trailers for the last phase of the work, in the event that the BV RATP is dismantled;- the supply and installation of a high barbed fence along the embankment on the Boissière lane;- the supply and installation of a curved sliding gate on the DOMUS Pompiers access;- provisions for "work" risks (demolition, earthworks, evacuations, soil treatment, management prices, etc.) within the framework of the project;- the installation of a new fence on the Boissière lane;- the installation of a new gate on the DOMUS Pompiers access.) within the framework of the project;- provisions for "epidemic" risks in accordance with the specifications of the health authorities and the recommendations of the OPPBTP guide in its version of 2.11.2020;- etc.Services not included: (non-exhaustive list)- de-energising, removing, restoring/supplying and re-energising electrical equipment (light signals, public lighting equipment, traffic lights, street lights, etc.);- supplying street lighting equipment and lighting control electrical cabinets;- supplying electrical equipment fitted to street lighting control electrical cabinets, as well as all power cables;- supplying RATP equipment (totem, etc.);- etc.
