Project descriptionThe Studentenwerk Osnabrück, Ritterstraße 10 in 49074 Osnabrück, plans to technically and energetically renovate the existing student dormitory Am Sonnenkamp, Universitätsstraße 9 in 49377 Vechta from 1977 and to adapt it to the current, use-specific requirements.The building ensemble consists of a U-shaped old building 9, 9a, 9b and a supplementary new building 9c from 2015, which formally creates a closed square. The solidly built old building consists of 3 almost identical blocks, which, due to the split-level construction method, were built with 3 or 4 floors and form canopies and loggias through projections and recesses. At the transitions between the blocks, the building is connected by 2-story intermediate blocks. The gross floor area of all parts of the building is approx. 3985 m², the gross volume approx. 11,685 m³.The old building is to be restored to its shell condition including the dismantling of the facade.The utilization units consist of student shared apartments with common areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
The aim of the service to be offered and - in the case of an order - to be carried out is the carpentry work. This essentially includes the following services:- 48 kitchens incl. electrical appliances (built-in dishwasher, built-in oven, sink, induction hob and refrigerator)- 98 built-in wardrobes- 20 beds incl. bed frames, polyfoam mattress, spring wood insert frame- 20 stools, standing shelves, desks, mobile pedestals, cantilever chairs- 42 wardrobe panels approx. 60 x 142 cm- approx. 385 m of curtain strip
