Republic of the Philippines City of Davao Barangay Malagos, Baguio District INVITATION TO BID AND TO APPLY ELIGIBILTY 1. The Bids and Awards Committee, through the allocation from its SK-AB Capacity Bldg. Leadership Training, SK-AB Health Services & Reproductive Program, AB-MOOE Senior Citizen Project Other-MOOE Senior Citizen’s Day, SK-AB Gender Sensitivity Training GST Training for the Youth, SK-AB Anti-Drug Abuse, SK-AB Sports Development Program & Socio Cultural Activities, SK-AB Climate Change Adaptation Disaster Risk Reduction, SK-AB Youth Employment & Livelihood Training, AB-SK Linggo ng Kabataan , AB-MOOE Training Expenses, intends to apply the sum of P 286,331.05 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services of Barangay Malagos. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening. 2. The Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for Procurement of Catering Services. Delivery of Goods is required 20 days from the receipt of notice of Award/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years a single contract from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Malagos Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm beginning November 13, 2018. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on November 13 to November 21, 2018 at 10:00 am from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P 500.00 5. The Bids and Awards Committee will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Barangay Hall of Barangay Malagos, which shall be open to all interested parties. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on November 21, 2018 at 3:00 pm at BAC Secretary . All Bids must be accompanied by a bid secretary in form of Bid Securing Declaration OR one in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on November 21, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Barangay Malagos. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders/Bidder's Representative who choose to attend w/ duly authorize SPA (Special Power of Attorney) and attached to Omnibus Sworn Statement, at the address below. Late Bids shall not be accepted. 7. The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 8.
