Submissions in sealed envelopes marked Submission SA2020-096 P , and addressed to the City of Blainville, Legal Services, 1000 chemin du Plan-Bouchard, Blainville, Quebec, J7C 3S9, will be received until 10:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 11, 2020. Tenders will be opened at 10:01 a.m. on the same day or as soon as possible thereafter at the City Hall located at 1000, chemin du Plan-Bouchard, Blainville, Québec.

Only bids prepared on the official tender forms provided by the City of Blainville will be considered. These forms and other documents required for the preparation of bids are available through the Electronic Tendering System (www.seao.ca).
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft or an unconditional and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee in the amount of $5,000 in favour of the City of Blainville, as bid security.
The City of Blainville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and will not incur any obligation or costs of any nature whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
