Description

The concierge service must take place every day of the year only at the three maintenance facilities of the Campania Regional Management (DR) (IMC Napoli C.le, IMC Napoli Campi F., IMC Salerno) 24 hours a day, 7/7 days a week, 365 days a year. The armed surveillance service must take place at the following maintenance sites: Napoli Centrale, Napoli Campi Flegrei, Salerno and at the following stations: Villa Literno, Napoli San Giovanni/Barra, Caserta, Benevento, Na Campi Flegrei, Aversa, Battipaglia, Cancello, Pozzuoli, Sapri. The total number of hours to be carried out for the armed surveillance service is 12 960 hours per year, including 1 728 hours (144 hours per month) of resources with the help of dog handlers, in the approximate time slot 00:00-24:00, 7 days a week, including holidays.
The concierge service must take place 24 hours a day, 7/7 days, 365 days a year at the three maintenance facilities of the Campania Regional Directorate indicated below: IMC Napoli C.le, IMC Napoli Campi F., IMC Salerno. The armed surveillance service must take place at the following maintenance sites: Napoli Centrale, Napoli Campi Flegrei, Salerno and at the following stations: Villa Literno, Napoli San Giovanni/Barra, Caserta, Benevento, Na Campi Flegrei, Aversa, Battipaglia, Cancello, Pozzuoli, Sapri. The total number of hours to be carried out for the armed surveillance service is 12 960 hours per year, including 1 728 hours (144 hours per month) of resources with the help of dog handlers, in the approximate time slot 00:00-24:00, 7 days / 7 days including holidays.The use of the GPG - in number, teams, timetables and services - will be indicated by the technical/operational contact Trenitalia (company protection) to the operational manager of the Security Institute with three days' notice; for the purposes of evaluating the technical offer, the ability of the Security Institute to acquire the programming with less than three days' notice will be a preferential element. The Trenitalia technical/operational contact person may request changes to the service schedule already established whenever he deems it necessary. The armed security service must be carried out by a private security company in possession of a specific operating license to carry out armed security services in the railway sector, with the help of dog units, in the provinces of Naples, Caserta, Salerno and Benevento; the staff, employed by the contractor, must be adequately trained, trained and updated professionally.If, in order to carry out the service, it is necessary to extend the license in its possession, the Private Security Institute will be required to forward to the Prefect, who issued the license, special notice of extension of services pursuant to art. 257-ter of the implementing regulation to the TULPS approved by R.D. 6.5.1940 n. 365, as amended and supplemented by DPR 4.8.2008 n. 153, subject to compliance with the requirements of DM 269/2010. This communication shall be accompanied, for subsequent approval by the Quaestor, by the draft service regulations, which shall set out the procedures for carrying out safety activities, in accordance with the provisions of the respective safety plans, as well as the number of staff (established on the basis of the foreseeable and/or verifiable traffic intensity).The above mentioned services must be carried out by special sworn guards trained pursuant to art. 6 of the above mentioned Ministerial Decree no. 154/2009 according to what are the training programmes established by the "Regulations for training for subsidiary security services" adopted by the Chief of Police on 24.2.2015.Therefore, in addition to subjecting security control personnel to the prescribed verification of training requirements, private security institutions that intend to carry out subsidiary security services must, within 90 days from the date on which the service is scheduled to begin - "a deadline by which the Prefect may request clarification and integration of the technical-organizational project":- notify/notify the Prefect and the Quaestor of their intention to extend the licence already issued to the subsidiary security services, - transmit, at the same time, the new draft of the service regulations as well as the certifications issued by the commission for the assessment of the training requirements of the employees of the subsidiary security services (art. 6, paragraph 4 of Ministerial Decree 154/2009), certifying the validation of the training of the special sworn guards employed.
