Germany - Conception, implementation and use of an exhibition and action area with the thematic concept: "Gaming" at the IdeenExpo 2024

Description

IdeenExpo will take place from June 8 to 16, 2024, at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds and the adjacent Expo Plaza.

The task is the development, planning and implementation of a concept for the theme area "Gaming" in the "Digital Worlds" of the IdeenExpo 2024 in close coordination/consultation with the client for an area size of 1,000sqm.

The contractor is expected to submit a concept for how the "Gaming" area can be used in a way that is attractive to the target group and has an entertainment factor.

On the one hand, the concept should attract visitors with appealing hands-on exhibits/activities and highlight various career opportunities in these areas. The aim is to raise awareness of the career opportunities associated with "gaming" and to attract more young talent. The contractor organizes and coordinates the implementation of the thematic area "Gaming" in close coordination with the client - this includes the conception, area planning, set-up/dismantling and supervision of the booths with corresponding provision of personnel.

The service includes the following items, among others:

▪ Development of a creative concept for the use of the "Gaming" area

▪ Presentation, coordination, and approval of the concept by the client

▪ Proposals for suitable participatory exhibits/actions

▪ independently researching and contacting partners in close consultation with the client

▪ organization, coordination and control of the "gaming" area incl. area planning

▪ controlling the process of set-up and dismantling planning

▪ Procurement and coordination of the personnel required to operate the "gaming" area, including training of the personnel deployed.

▪ Preparation of the schedule and time planning as well as travel management for the deployment of personnel during the IdeenExpo.

Close coordination with service providers and trades involved (event agency, technology, trade fair construction, etc.)

The concept of the "gaming" area should be geared to our core target group of schoolchildren (focus on grades 7-13).
