Public notice is hereby given that the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the acquisition of a license for a computerized housekeeping management system.

INFORMATION

As of December 3, 2024, any person or company will be able to obtain tender documents from the "Système électronique d'appel d'offres" (SEAO) website. The price list can be found under "Customer service". Tender documents can only be obtained through the SEAO.

APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS

This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:

- TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO;

- CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT;

- CANADA-EUROPEAN UNION COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC AND TRADE AGREEMENT;

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The purpose of this Specification is to acquire a computerized management system in connection with the management of the sanitary housekeeping of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION's buildings. This system must be modular and adaptable to the needs of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION.

The System must enable the manager of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION to be autonomous in the configuration. The System must therefore enable the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION manager to manage the establishment of processes and other changes that the team may wish to make.

In other words, the manager of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION can add or remove facilities during the course of the Contract, at no additional cost.

The SERVICE PROVIDER must offer a scalable, simple and intuitive System, with a user-friendly interface.

CLOSING, RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS

To be valid and considered, bids (one (1) original with no copies) must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for Computerized Housekeeping Management System" and must be received at 8, rue Monseigneur Lafortune, Saint-Paul (Québec) J6E 6G7 (Atelier SRM), no later than January 10, 2025 at 10:00:00 a.m., local time, to be publicly opened at the same place, on the same day, at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.

THE PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the bids received under this call for tenders.

Bids may also be submitted electronically. In this case, they may only be submitted via the electronic tendering system.

INFORMATION MEETING AND SITE VISIT

No briefing or site visit is planned.

TENDER GUARANTEE

No bid security is required.

OFFICE CLOSURE

If, due to exceptional circumstances, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION has to close its offices on the day indicated for the site visit and/or for the receipt of bids, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same place and time.

The present notice of invitation to tender represents an overview of certain conditions set out in the tender documents, of which it forms an integral part. The bidder must read all the tender documents.
