Description

The purpose of this contract is to overhaul the applications of the SI Cristal dedicated to organ and tissue harvesting and transplantation and associated TMA. Cristal is a 24-hour operational information system, essential for organ and tissue harvesting and transplantation activities. It guarantees the application of health safety and organ allocation rules. It is an interactive system via the WEB, made available to all health professionals involved in organ and tissue harvesting and transplantation activities, whether teams in health establishments authorised for harvesting and/or transplantation, laboratories or tissue banks (several hundred teams and more than 3,000 users). It is used in metropolitan France, in overseas departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion) as well as in French Polynesia and New Caledonia within the framework of cooperation protocols.
Implementation of the Cristal IS application overhaul program and associated TMA of the current solution (J2ee environment on Kasper specific framework) and the future solution (Angular /Spring environment) Cristal is the information system developed by the Biomedicine Agency to meet its legal missions: - the management of the national waiting list of patients waiting for organ transplants - the inventory of donors and the qualification of the donor and the organ - the verification of the respect of the rules of good practice (control of the accounting of ABO blood groups and Hla tissue groups) and of the rules of health safety (viral diseases, HIV, etc.) - the management of the national waiting list of patients waiting for an organ transplant.Continuous evaluation of organ and tissue harvesting and transplantation activities to improve efficiency and the adaptation of health policies (development of allocation scores, cross-analysis with the REIN registry in the context of monitoring end-stage renal disease). Currently, the Cristal IS is supported by the Kasper application base. The overhaul of the applications will be based on four main objectives: 1- to build the new foundations of the Cristal information system in order to strengthen its protection in compliance with IT security standards and rules, and to facilitate future transformations. The new foundation will use Spring/Angular technology, which will be generalised to all the agency's business applications. 2- dematerialize exchanges to secure data and increase the productivity and efficiency of those involved in the processes. 3- improve the ergonomics of the tool. From an operational point of view, the overhaul consists of modifying the structure of the system in order to make the different modules autonomous and facilitate their evolution while maintaining interoperability.
