Description

The delivery covers 16 schools (divided into 13 lots). The respective schools are to be upgraded to digital classrooms. Mobile terminals and workstation computers are also to be purchased. (see service description).
In the Christian-Wolfrum Middle School, the existing pylon board in 23 classrooms is to be replaced by a whiteboard with wing boards (5-surface) with interactive projector in each case. In addition, a multiple socket, the switching matrix and the Miracast stick must be retrofitted in 4 classrooms. In the Schiller-Gymnasium Hof, the existing cabling in 31 classrooms is to be converted to HDMI and controllable via a 6x2 matrix. In addition, the existing projectors are to be dismantled and the new projectors installed. In 18 rooms, the ceiling fixture will also need to be moved to the center of the room. At Krötenbruck Elementary School, the existing whiteboard system in 15 classrooms is to be replaced by a whiteboard with wing panels (5-surface) with ultra short-distance projector in each room. At Eichendorff Elementary School, the existing whiteboard system in 18 classrooms is to be replaced by a whiteboard with wing panels (5-surface) with ultra short-distance projector in each room. In the Neustädter elementary school, the existing blackboard system is to be replaced in 15 classrooms by a whiteboard with winged boards (5-surface) with ultra short-distance projectors. In addition, the sound bar is to be retrofitted in 2 rooms. In the Münster Middle School, the existing whiteboard system in 20 classrooms is to be replaced by a whiteboard, in part with winged boards and with an ultra short-distance projector. At the business school, 11 tablet computers with accessories are to be purchased. The devices are also to be set up and mounted in the respective classrooms. At Sophien Elementary School, HDMI matrix with accessories are to be retrofitted in 12 classrooms, among others. At Johann-Christian-Reinhart-Gymnasium, the existing beamers (ceiling-mounted) are to be replaced in 13 classrooms. At Hofecker Middle School, an HDMI matrix with accessories is to be retrofitted in 28 classrooms. For 9 Hofer schools, a total of 345 tablets with accessories are to be supplied, among other things. A total of 101 notebooks with accessories are to be supplied for 4 Hof schools. A total of 408 desktop PCs with accessories are to be supplied for 9 Hof schools.
