Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide a computer maintenance service for the Clinical Investigation Centre (CIC) 1436 in Toulouse, at Purpan.
The service consists of on-site interventions for support, technical assistance and hardware assistance for the IT equipment by an expert technician.
The service must cover preventive and curative actions, support and assistance, and installation.
Due to the distribution of the equipment, the service will be provided mainly on the Purpan site, while site 2 will mainly require telephone and remote maintenance support.
