Description

La Poste, for its Technical Department ("DT") of the mail and parcel service branch ("BSCC"), wishes to set up a dedicated system for all the following services: - Network architecture and security configuration support services - Training services - Deployment support services - Maintenance in operational condition services - Warranty management services in conjunction with manufacturers The services are to be provided in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM), and must be carried out by an Allied Telesis and Stormshield-certified service provider. These two certifications must be provided by the prospective service provider before the contract is awarded. The contract is non-allocated.
- Network and security architecture configuration support services: Definition of network architectures according to the constraints inherent in the nature of the various sites to be equipped Documentation of architectures and publication on a dedicated extranet site Provision on the extranet of "manufacturer" documentation required for the project Setting up of test platforms and loan of equipment, for validation of the architectures selected Analysis of new problems and proposals for solutions, on request. Definition, optimization and implementation of firewall rules Definition of switch configurations according to their use by type of site Definition of the structure and content of site files to guarantee their homogeneity Production and publication of procedures for deployment and maintenance in operational condition of all equipment on the extranet site Recommendations and supply of supervision and monitoring tools Technology watch with manufacturers: anticipation of product end-of-life, analysis of roadmaps with recommendations for upgrades - Deployment support services: Drafting of the existing system identification file (DIE), including an architecture proposal with an inventory of the hardware and connectors required, and an implementation diagram; Production and deployment after validation of the DT, of the associated quotations and drawing up of schedules with the various La Poste players Procurement and supply of hardware and software (Allied Telesys, Stormshield) Configuration of equipment in the factory before dispatch to the site Delivery and installation in coordination with the site andUpdating of documentation - Training services for local teams, on specific topics- Operational maintenance services: 24/7 network administration and supervision. - Warranty management services in liaison with manufacturers:Set-up of a dedicated extranet: 24/7 on-site interventions using equipment reserved in a dedicated stock.Proposals for re-insurance of equipment with manufacturers according to the end dates of support contracts.First-level telephone support open 24 hours a day from Sunday 8pm to Saturday 8pm. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at : €8,000,000 over the total duration of the framework agreement, including the renewal period.
