Description

The subject of the contract is the extension of the MDM system infrastructure for the needs of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. in the following scope: 1 Pre-implementation project for the location of CPD Skarżysko - Kamienna - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR - OPZ pkt. 2.1 and points (a) and (b). 3.1.2 Pre-implementation design for the location of the Łódź RCPD - in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR - ToR - OPZ pkt. 2.2. and points (a) and (b). 3.1.3 Extension of the existing ICT infrastructure in the Skarżysko-Kamienna CPD location - in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract included in Annex 1 to the ToR - ToR - ToR point 3.1.2. 2.3. and points (a) and (b). 3.2. and point 4.4 Extension of the existing ICT infrastructure in the Łódź RCPD location - in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract included in Annex 1 to the ToR - ToR - ToR point 3.2. 2.4. and paragraphs (a) and (b) of this point shall be replaced by the following 3.2. and paragraph 4.
