Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 3D printers for the purposes of the project "Academic Design Centre for the Development of Cultural Heritage and Artistic Education".2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR.3 The technical parameters specified in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer models complying with the minimum requirements or models with higher parameters, not shorter guarantee, etc.4 The contract is divided into 2 lots. Part 1 - 3D printers - appendix D to ToR, Part 2 - large format 3D printer - appendix WD to ToR.5 A deposit is required.6 The deposit is set at: Part 1 - PLN 4,000, Part 2 - PLN 4,000. Details concerning the deposit have been described in the ToR.7. The orders referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 and 7 of the PPL Act are not envisaged.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 3D printers for the purposes of the project "Academic Design Centre for the Development of Cultural Heritage and Artistic Education".2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Annex D to the ToR.3 The technical parameters specified in Annex D to the ToR are minimum requirements, which means that an Economic Operator may offer models complying with the minimum requirements or models with higher parameters, no shorter guarantee, etc.4In the price form - Annex 1a and 1b to To ToR, the Economic Operator is obliged to indicate the manufacturer, model and price of the offered equipment.5 The Contracting Authority requires that the minimum warranty period be 12 months from the date of signing the protocol of acceptance of the subject of the contract without reservations.6 The offered subject of the contract will be complete and ready for use after installation without any additional purchases or investments on the part of the Contracting Authority.7The Contractor declares that the delivered item of the order will be brand new, non-reconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that it has all legally required approvals and certificates.8 The delivered item of the order will not be older than six months from the date of production of the equipment.9 The delivery of the item of the order will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.10The price of the subject matter of the contract offered by the Contractor shall include all, without exception, costs related to the delivery, installation, delivery of all components and elements necessary for proper operation, which guarantee the fulfilment of parameters and functions described by the Ordering Party.12The Orderer requires a deposit of 4 000 PLN (four thousand zlotys).13 The delivery of the subject of the contract is realized within the framework of the project entitled "Academic Design Centre for Development and Cultural Heritage and Artistic Education", grant contract no.
