Open call for tenders for the award of the Supply of IT Hardware Accessories for the needs of the Companies of the Italian State Railways Group
The Tender is for the supply of IT Hardware Accessories for the needs of the Companies of the Italian State Railways GroupThe Framework Agreement to be signed with the Successful Bidder will have a base duration of 24 months from the date of stipulation and a base amount of a maximum of € 1,750,000.00 (Euro one million seven hundred and fifty thousand/00), excluding VAT.The aforesaid Framework Agreement will also provide for the following options that the Contracting Authority reserves the discretionary power to exercise:- [AMOUNT OPTION] the base amount of the Agreement may be increased, by one or more unilateral acts by the Contracting Authority, under the same terms and conditions, for the additional maximum amount of €450,000.00 (Euro four hundred and fifty thousand/00) excluding VAT.- [DURATION OPTION] the basic duration of the Agreement may be extended, by one or more unilateral acts on the part of the Contracting Station, on the same terms and conditions, before the expiration of the temporal validity of the same as indicated above, for a maximum of an additional 6 (six) months, in the event that at the expiration of the same the maximum amount established is not exhausted.The two options above may be exercised both alternatively and cumulatively, by one or more acts.The aforementioned options, if exercised, will be communicated to the Contractor by certified e-mail prior to the expiration of the Framework Agreement.The Customer also reserves the right to arrange for an extension of the Framework Agreement, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11, Legislative Decree 50/2016, at the same prices, terms and conditions, for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures for the identification of the new contractor. This is without prejudice to the applicability of Article 106, Legislative Decree 50/2016, with particular reference to paragraph 12, according to which, if during the course of execution it becomes necessary to increase or decrease the services up to a fifth of the contractual amount, the Client may require the contractor to perform on the same terms and conditions as those provided in the original Framework Agreement.With regard to the identification and quantification of safety charges and related D.U.V.R.I. (A.V.C.P. Determination No. 3/2008), in consideration of the nature of the service, safety charges related to interference risks are quantified at EUR 0.00 (euro zero/00).With reference to the maximum overall value of the Framework Agreement, it is specified that, the Successful Bidder shall have nothing to claim under any title against the services not requested and consequently not rendered during the execution of the Framework Agreement, in the event that, at the time of its expiration, the maximum amount thereof has not been consumed and whatever the amount of the services up to that time requested.It should be noted that the Contract has not been divided into lots, given the uniformity of the supply and the need for centralized management for all the Companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group and also in consideration of the minimum capacity levels required by the Tender aimed at allowing maximum participation in these proceedings.
