Mandate
The mandate consists of providing the materials, labour and tools necessary to perform adequate preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with industry standards on eleven (11) large-capacity air compressors, eleven (11) air dryers, two (2) desiccant dryers, one (1) water recovery condenser, nineteen (19) medium and small compressors and 34 line filters for the following buildings: EV, H, LB, VA, GN, SB, PC, RF, VL, SP, HU, GM, FB distributed over the two (2) campuses (see campus maps in APPENDIX 20 "Campus Map"), and according to the terms and conditions of this call for tenders.
Term of the mandate
The term of office will be for a period of three (3) years, from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2024, with no option for renewal.
Visits
Concordia invites Bidders to two (2) mandatory visits to provide additional information on the requirements to be satisfied and to answer Bidders' questions on any aspect of the bid solicitation.
The first visit will take place at 9:00 am, local time, on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the following address:
