Germany - Complete or partial construction services in building construction as well as civil engineering works

Description

The planned construction project involves the expansion of the Michendorf elementary school. The existing school building, which is currently in use, and a separate after-school care building are already located at the site. These are to be supplemented by a new building for after-school/school use and then converted to create additional room capacity. In addition, the construction of a new sports facility with a long jump and running track as well as a three-field sports hall is planned. The existing school building is to be renovated and a new connecting building is to be added. In the course of the overall project, the following construction phases are planned:BA 1: Construction of annex including foyer, cafeteria and kitchen2. BA: Construction of a new sports hall3. BA: Modernization of existing buildings 1 + 2 and construction of a new connecting building.The subject of this invitation to tender is the laying of media in the school grounds as preparatory measures for the subsequent start of the building construction work (shell construction). This invitation to tender covers civil engineering work and the laying of pipes (mostly outside buildings) for the following media:- wastewater- drinking water- district heating pipes- rainwater (including the construction of two infiltration trenches)- electricity (without laying).
Within the scope of this tender, the following services will be mainly performed:- demolition of surface pavement.demolition of:- existing pipelines (RW, SW) and manholes (in use)- decommissioned pipelinesmaking of trenches and laying of media for the following media:- wastewater (incl. manholes)- drinking water- local heating pipelines- NS - local heating pipelines (cable protection pipe and cable pull shafts).- rainwater (incl. manholes)- making of excavation pits for two infiltration trenches as well as making of infiltration trenches. Production of trenches for third-party trades:- Electrical cables (utility)- Connection lines (utility)- Electrical cables (third-party contractor)- Telecommunications (third-party contractor)- Production of media feed-throughs on existing buildings (core drilling, sealing insert, media feed-through)Adjustments to drinking water lines within the connection space in the existing building (House 1) for the connection of new lines.Production of a protective body consisting of protective pipes in a concrete body for the introduction of the media with the aim of protecting the media from the later building construction work (route below the later building and below later crane locations). Including formwork work, laying of protective pipes, concrete work and insertion of the media in the resulting protective body.refilling of trenches and excavation pits.restoration of surfaces including base layers.
