Germany - Complete or partial construction services in building construction as well as civil engineering works

Description

On the basis of the preliminary planning/concept (status LPH2) to be developed from the negotiation procedure, a draft, approval and implementation planning (LPH3? 5) for all necessary cost or plant groups is to be drawn up on the basis of the current HOAI 2013/DIN 6026. The structural implementation is to take place immediately after submission of all necessary internal and building permits. Already with the conclusion of the negotiation procedure, a coordinated 3D visualisation with verification of the collision-free nature of all structural and technical trades is requested from the contractor. The following specialist and consulting services (services) as well as all resulting work services (construction services) according to the attached specification sheet (FLB)/programme study are to be carried out on the basis of the concept/preliminary design to be worked out. (status LPH2) - within the negotiation procedure, to be prepared or offered by the future contractor in the accompanied planning and construction process for the service phases LPH3?5 + LPH8-9:1) Services for civil engineering / foundation / drainage / media development from the existing infrastructure;2) Services for buildings and interiors (building construction)? incl. coordination of all internal and external specialist areas involved in the construction and provision of the site manager in accordance with LBO NRW;3) Services on building physics;4) Consultant services on thermal insulation? and energy balancing;5) Consultant services on building? and room acoustics;6) Services on structural framework planning;7) Planning? and building surveying services;8) Services on geotechnics/building ground;9) Services on structural, technical and organisational fire protection;10) Technical building equipment services (TGA) in the plant groups 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 incl. ventilation? and drainage application;11) Higher-level TGA? System integration planning based on VDI 3814 incl. integration of products (lead brands/plant directory) for integration into the existing infrastructure.12) planning? and construction-accompanying external quality assurance (e.g. TÜV? IT) with the result to prepare a declaration of conformity for the construction according to EN50600, which then serves as basis/requirement for a subsequent operational certification of the user (RUB);13) planning? and construction-accompanying commissioning management according to VDI 6039 incl. integration of all safety? and user-specific maintenance contracts before handing over the work to the user/operator RUB;14) planning? and external expert services accompanying construction (e.g. TÜV/DEKRA etc.) of all technical (approval-relevant? and user-specific) plants according to TPrüf VO NRW;15) services for outdoor plants incl. construction site clearance/construction site safety;16) services for maintenance (servicing), expert knowledge tests and recurring expert tests of all technical plants according to TPrüf VO NRW as well as all user-specific plants for the warranty period of 5 years.
