The present public order contract is a " public contract " within the meaning of the provisions of article L. 1110-1 of the CCP. More precisely, the said public contract is a " design and build contract " in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2171-2 and R.2171-1 of the CCP. The contract includes several successive stages: - project studies - execution studies, procurement time for the various equipment and works - tests and industrial commissioning. The estimated duration of the contract is 30 months
