The University Medical Center Freiburg operates a Cisco telephone system with various flanking communication systems (alarm server, paging system, fax service, attendant console software) and connected telephony systems (IP-DECT, Unify HiPath4000, other external telephone systems). Cisco telephones, Ascom WLAN telephones and Jabber softphones are used on the system. The system is operated via several Cisco CUCM servers, Expressway servers and flanking systems. The provider connection at the Freiburg site is via 11 S2M interfaces (PMX 330 channels) via Versatel.In 2021, the University Hospital Freiburg has taken over the University Heart Center (UHZ) Bad Krozingen. A Unify/ATOS HiPath / OpenScape4000 telephone system with various connected communication systems (alarm server, fax service, attendant console software) and connected telephony system (DECT) is currently being operated there. The provider connection at the Bad Krozingen site is made via 2 S2M interfaces (PMX 60 channels) via Versatel.Within the scope of this tender, we are looking for a competent service provider who can support us as follows:1) 24x7 service in the event of errors and rule support.2) Service as a framework contract in a package with a term of 5 years for regularly recurring tasks in the specified telephony environment (patches, certificate updates, standard profiles for services, connection of external communication systems, etc.).3) Explicit service in the migration of S2M / PMX to provider SIP with geo-redundant connection via Versatel at the Freiburg and Bad Krozingen sites.4) Explicit service in the project migration of the Bad Krozingen site to Cisco telephony with all flanking communication systems.5) Supply of hardware components required for the requested service.
An EVB-IT system contract shall be concluded with the supplier. This has the character of a contract for work and services. The supplier is obliged to hand over a functional system. Dividing the contract into lots would be uneconomical and may result in several contractors.
