Technical Evaluation Criteria:
(a) Adherence to drawings and/or documentations provided.
(b) Quote complete package.
(c) Prior experience delivering cleaned components for use in ultra-high vacuum.
Quote is for product only no on-site services of any kind permitted.
Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable.

All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016) will be made a part of the resulting order.
