Nature of Requirements:

1. TITLE:

Commercial Real Estate Agent to undertake the marketing and sale of a federal property located at 1227 38 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta.

2. SECURITY:

There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.

3. REQUIREMENT:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from Real Estate Agents with professional experience in commercial real estate, for the marketing and sale of the DND NE Armoury located at 1227 38 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta.

4. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at:

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 4:00 PM (MST), March 16, 2020 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

5. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:

Mandatory and point rated technical evaluation criteria are included in Annex "D" of the solicitation.

Contractor selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 60% for the technical merit and 40% for the price. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.

6. PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The initial term of the Contract is 180 days commencing upon the signing of the issuance of the contract.Extensions may be granted as agreed to in writing by the PSPC Contracting Authority, the PSPC Project Authority and the Contractor on the same terms and conditions as the Contract.
