Description

Rental for flight test training purposes to the École du personnel naviguant d'essais et de réception (EPNER) and for breastplate flights to DGA EV. The services expected are:- the unmanned rental of a two-seater fighter aircraft on the DGA EV site at Istres for training flights for trainees and breastplate flights;- training, at the holder's premises, of the DGA EV operating mechanics;- refresher training, at the holder's premises or on the DGA EV site, of the operating mechanics;- the training, at the holder's premises, of the instructor pilots with a view to obtaining the release on the aircraft;- the performance of release flights, for the benefit of the instructor pilots already qualified on the aircraft at the holder's premises or at the DGA EV site if the aircraft is conveyed by the holder;- the taking into account by the holder of all the regulatory aspects associated with the use of the aircraft for the benefit of DGA EV in France;- the provision of the pilot and implementation documentation, in French or in English;- the provision of the regulatory documentation of the aircraft at the time of the services;- the repair of the aircraft on the Istres site with the supply of spare parts if necessary during the service;- the replacement of the aircraft on the Istres site in the event of a breakdown leading to a flight stoppage of more than three days during the service;- the provision on the Istres site of specific ingredients and tools;- the transport of the aircraft by the holder, if necessary.This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the French Public Procurement Code.
