Delivery of 700 TV sets with a screen diagonal of 40 inches The TV sets must have the following characteristics:- Type of set: LED TV,- Screen diagonal: 40 inches,- Resolution: at least Full HD (width 1 920 x height 1 080 pixels),- Picture repetition frequency: at least 100 Hz,- TV reception: at least digital DVB-C tuner,- Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV (HbbTV: at least Version 1.5),- Electronic Program Guide (EPG),- Connections on the back or on the side of the device:-- at least 2x HDMI (of which one is ARC/CEC-capable),-- 2x USB (of which one is suitable for hard disk recording - PVR (Personal Video Recorder),-- 1x CI+ slot,- 1x Ethernet connection RJ45,- External loudspeaker connection (optical or electrical),- Teletext: simultaneous viewing of teletext and television programme in 2 windows (PAT - Picture And Text),- DVB-C channel list can be imported via USB,- energy efficiency class: at least A,- VESA-compatible with possible wall mounting,- operating instructions in German language,- remote control,- power cable,- colour: anthracite or black,- without built-in microphone and camera.Special requirements are placed on the WLAN module. This must be installed in the TV set, but completely deactivated. The WLAN module must be protected in such a way that access (activation) cannot be carried out by the user. Furthermore, due to a technical or software change, the manufacturer's warranty must continue to be maintained.
