Description
The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Sułkowice Municipality. The area of the Sułkowice Municipality is 60.4 km2, the Sułkowice Municipality consists of 5 towns, the town of Sułkowice and the following villages: Biertowice, Harbutowice, Krzywaczka and Rudnik. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the entire quantity of municipal waste transferred by the owners of residential properties, approx. 320 Mg/month x 10 months = 3,200 Mg. The Contractor's Contract provides for the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of awarding the contract under the existing Contractor, a contract consisting in repeating similar services with a total value of up to 20% of the basic contract value. These contracts include: - collection of municipal waste from real estate in the Sułkowice commune, - the contract will be awarded after carrying out the procedure provided for a direct contract, preceded by negotiations.
Description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Sułkowice Commune.2 The area of the Sułkowice Commune is 60.4 km2, the Sułkowice Commune consists of 5 localities, the town of Sułkowice and the following villages: Biertowice, Harbutowice, Krzywaczka and Rudnik.13 029 residents live in the Sułkowice Commune (as of July 2020). There are 3 750 households (as of July 2020). Housing cooperatives: 6 (as of July 2020). The above data on the number of inhabited persons may change due to population migration. The number of inhabited properties may slightly change as a result of commissioning and living in new buildings or depopulation.3Material scope of the subject matter of the contract:1) The Economic Operator shall be obliged to collect the whole amount of municipal waste provided by the owners of the inhabited real estates, including: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; b) bulky waste; c) municipal waste selectively collected: - paper and waste paper, - glass, - plastics, metals, textiles and multi-material packaging waste, - bio-waste, - problematic waste, - ash and slag, - disposable diapers, approx. 320 Mg/month x 10 months = 3 200 Mg.2) The Contractor will be obliged throughout the entire duration of the contract to purchase and equip at its own expense all properties inhabited in containers and bags for waste.3) The Contractor shall be obliged to provide and equip the properties from which the municipal waste is collected in a selective way in colored bags (semi-transparent, except for brown and black), made of foil with a thickness ensuring adequate strength of the bags, intended for collecting segregated waste. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 29 paragraph. 3a of the Public Procurement Law, requires employing by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract persons performing the activities covered by the subject of the contract, i.e. driving vehicles collecting waste and operators loading waste for the whole period of the contract execution, if the performance of these activities consists in performing the work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Due to limited number of signs - detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Terms of Reference.
