PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION OF RESIDUAL MATERIALS

The MRC DE RIMOUSKI-NEIGETTE will receive bids for the collection and transportation of residual materials (except recycling) until 10:00 a.m. on October 17, 2024.

The contract start date is January 1, 2025, for a two-year term, subject to renewal for two additional twelve (12)-month periods.

Only bidders who have obtained the specifications directly from the SEAO tendering system are eligible to bid. These documents are now available. In addition, only contractors with an establishment in Quebec are authorized to bid, and only those covered by applicable public procurement liberalization agreements, depending on the thresholds.

All bids must be submitted to the MRC DE RIMOUSKI-NEIGETTE office at 23, rue de l'Évêché Ouest, Suite 200, Rimouski (Québec), G5L 4H4, before the deadline date and time indicated above. Tenders will be publicly opened on the same date, at the same location, at 10:05 a.m. No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.

For any additional information, the bidder must contact, in writing only, the person in charge of the file, at the following e-mail address: taylor.olsen@mrc-rn.ca and written requests must be sent no later than nine (9) days prior to the bid opening. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.

The MRC DE RIMOUSKI-NEIGETTE does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received and will not incur any liability to bidders with respect to bids.

Bidders are required to comply with all the provisions of this call for tenders and to provide the required forms and information.
