Description

The Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales, a legal person under public law duly constituted under the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales, acting as mandatary for all health and social services institutions in Quebec to carry out on their behalf a common procurement program for goods.
It acts as an agent for these establishments, but is not personally liable to third parties. Each establishment is individually bound by any contract resulting from this call for tenders.
The Government Procurement Centre wishes to contract for the contract period from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2026, with options to renew for a total of twenty-four (24) additional months, the following categories of services: Hazardous materials collection and disposal service.
Delivery and invoicing must be D.D.P. (Delivered Duty Paid) for each facility in the regions concerned by the call for tenders.
The Government Procurement Centre does not require bid security.
Prices are declared fixed for the period 2024-06-01 to 2026-05-31.
An information session is scheduled on the TEAMS platform on March 5, 2024 at 10 a.m.

The call for tenders and, consequently, the contract are subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (TCAQO) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA).
The Government Procurement Centre does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids, or to carry out in whole or in part the subject matter of the call for tenders.
