The aim of this invitation to tender is to find a suitable contractor (CO) per lot for the interior cleaning of the buildings and facilities listed below, all in Bremerhaven. This includes maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning of all buildings/facilities.

Lot 1:
An area totaling 6,647.32 square meters is put out to tender for cleaning:
a. Luther School: 4,337.57 sqm
b. Luther School gymnasium: 499.79 sqm
c. STP Altbürgerhaus: 507.84 sqm
d. Neuelandstrasse 71 building (administration): 869.94 sqm
e. Neuelandstrasse 71 building (daycare center): 432.18 sqm

Lot 2:
An area totaling 10,720.87 sqm is put out to tender for cleaning:
a. Lloyd Gymnasium Grazer Straße: 7,282.82 sqm
b. Kita Dresdener Straße House 1: 1,140.29 sqm
c. Dresdener Straße Daycare Center House 2: 1,119.11 sqm
d. Dance sports center: 759.03 sqm
e. Volunteer agency: 68.28 sqm
f. Care district Mitte: 231.00 sqm
g. Climate City Office: 120.34 sqm

There is no possibility of a site inspection.
