cleaning for the reception of the lycée and 4 staff housing units as part of the construction of a multi-purpose lycée in Pont-Château (44)
The project concerns the construction of a multi-purpose high school with a floor area of 15,230 square meters, and eight staff housing units, located in the Landas zone in Pont-Château (44). This area is currently home to a public secondary school and a number of sports facilities.The purpose of this contract is to clean up the acceptance of work relating to the construction of the multi-purpose high school and staff housing units no. 5 to 8 in Pont-Château. The first 4 staff housing units were handed over in advance, in the summer of 2023, to accommodate the future staff of the lycée. The lycée will offer general, technological and vocational training courses, including a tertiary/service cluster focusing on sales, crafts, arts and crafts, and visual communication. The Other Industrial Pole will offer training in electrical and industrial boilermaking trades, identical to the courses currently offered at the Lycée des Trois Rivières, which will be moving to the new facility. The school will accommodate 1,000 students, and will be expandable to 1,200. It will include an 80-bed boarding school, and will be located on a 3.2-hectare site adjoining a plot of land used for a school transport hub.The school's involvement in the local community will be reflected in the possibility of making certain functional areas available to third parties outside school opening hours, in particular the conference room, boarding school and dining room, for BAFA-type training courses, artists' residencies or other purposes.The project comprises several entities. In particular, it comprises the following sub-assemblies:- outdoor spaces:o an access forecourt linked to the public spaceo spaces for deliveries and indoor circulationo green spaceso a pond and renaturated streamo retention basins (above or below ground)- a main building grouping together the following activities:o a reception hallo administration and teaching facilitieso boarding facilitiesO catering facilities with production kitcheno teaching facilities including industrial workshopso a student accommodation complex- 8 staff housing units.The facility is scheduled to open in September 2024.
