Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide cleaning services for the premises, including the glazing, for Inserm research units U1172 and U1277 (Biserte and IRCL buildings) of the Inserm North-West Regional Delegation (including offices, laboratories, technical rooms, meeting rooms, dining rooms, sanitary facilities, traffic).
For its activities, the Inserm North-West Regional Delegation in Lille has premises intended for medical research (offices, laboratories, technical premises, meeting rooms, dining rooms, sanitary facilities, circulation) These premises require regular cleaning to guarantee constantly favourable hygienic conditions for the agents in charge of scientific research work. Inserm's specific activity is medical research. Laboratories are specific risk premises (level 1, 2 and 3 biological containment laboratories, radioactivity laboratories, chemical risk laboratories and storage rooms). The services provided and their technical specifications are detailed in the Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) and its appendices.
