Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide services consisting in particular of : maintenance of municipal roads , internal roads, squares, squares and other public areas adjacent to the roads, as well as forest areas located in the city of Leba. In addition, the subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services for winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads managed by the Mayor of the City of Leba consisting of: clearing snow and removing glaze from all streets and sidewalks at full width.
In terms of summer maintenance Roadway cleaning Sweeping of all roadways including parking bays and squares. Roadway cleansing means thorough collection and sweeping of existing waste (e.g., sand, leaves, blossoms) until it is completely removed. Roadway cleansing must be carried out at such times as not to cause traffic obstruction and outside the hours of curfew (10:00-6:00 pm). Roadway cleaning includes bus bays, paved squares and parking lots occurring in the road strip. The frequency of sweeping must be adjusted to current needs in order to achieve clean surfaces. Pouring water on the surface of paved roadways during dry periods at least once a week (perform the water pouring procedure after the roadway sweeping activity) Clearing roadways of hazardous spills means thoroughly collecting and securing them from the impurities present (e.g., fuel, grease, oil, automotive fluids, etc.) until they are completely removed. Sidewalk cleaning Sweeping sidewalks of sand, leaves and other impurities, i.e. the current state of sidewalk cleaning, must be performed to the standard as for road and yard sweeping. Sweeping includes the entire sidewalk surfaces (does not apply to sidewalks immediately adjacent to the property boundary.) Removal and ongoing removal of lichen in pedestrian and roadways. The use of herbicides as prescribed is permitted. Removal of overgrown turf from sidewalks, i.e. cutting the turf and fully uncovering the sidewalk edging or road curb. Clearing sidewalks means sweeping away existing waste (e.g., sand, leaves, blossoms). Cleaning of sidewalks includes the entire surface of all pedestrian routes (sidewalks made of concrete tiles, polycrete sidewalk, asphalt rugs and paved dirt paths in squares and greens).In terms of winter maintenance : THE SCOPE OF SERVICES INCLUDES : elimination of slipperiness,snow removal,preparation and loading of materials. Other works Emptying and removal of full garbage cans. Collection and removal of loose waste from all over the city. Removal of notices from trees, street lamps, telecommunications and power cabinets, walls and fences, One-time washing of the sidewalk in Fisherman's Square, Washing and disinfection of street garbage cans, Installation and removal of street garbage cans, repair and maintenance of city benches, Manual straightening and permanent placement of fallen street garbage cans and signs, Storage of municipal equipment, Dismantling of advertising devices, Hanging, taking down and storing Christmas decorations, setting up, taking down and storing light illuminations, Decorating, storing, assembling and dismantling up to 6 Christmas trees, Cleaning up before, during and after special events, Hanging banners, Removal of dirt from spills carried by road users, Removal of fallen animals, Removal of dirt including leaves cleaned up from sidewalks by property owners adjacent to the public road, Ongoing maintenance of the municipal cemetery, Ongoing removal of waste from the municipal forest, Twice cleaning of the entire municipal forest area, Removal of wild dumps, Keeping playgrounds clean, Ongoing maintenance of the fountain site and cleaning of stones with presidents' imprints, Cleaning the water table on Swan Pond, 10 times hanging up and taking down approx.400 flags, Maintaining cleanliness of the areas adjacent to the set containers for public selective waste collection in the City.
