Description

1 The subject of the contract is the service of maintenance of order and cleanliness on roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, bus stops, green spaces and park alleys, together with care of greenery in the areas under the management and administration of the Board of Municipal Infrastructure in Slupsk.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes to the SWZ.3.The contracting authority requires that the vehicles used to perform the service meet the requirements specified in Article 68(3) of the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.4. Requirements related to the execution of the contract in terms of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the contracting authority are described in the SWZ and the model contract.
1. ongoing summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting of:a) during the summer period, manual and mechanical cleaning of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs and removal of loose waste, such as. animal excrement, sand, mud, debris, concrete, grass, leaves, all lying branches and branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of traffic collisions, removal of dead animals and other trash and obstacles that threaten the safety of traffic and pedestrians from green spaces (lawns, clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, rhododendrons, tree bowls) and removal of debris to the place of development in accordance with the standards of grounds maintenance,b) in the winter period, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness with the maintenance of a winter emergency service,c) emptying of street garbage cans, park garbage cans, bus stop baskets and waste segregation baskets together with changing the bag with removal of dirt to the place of management,d) raking and clearing weeds from sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, street barriers, street signs, street lamps and bus stops together with cleaning of curbs and removal of dirt to the place of management,e) mowing lawns, together with raking the swath and removal of cut grass to the site,f) raking leaves from lawns, including in shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, rhododendrons, tree bowls, together with their removal to the site,g) removing advertisements and notices from trees, light poles, benches, baskets and other landscaping elements,h) ongoing summer and winter maintenance of public transportation stops according to cleaning standards,i) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Contractor, the Contractor will be obliged to clean sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, bus stops from the material used to remove winter slipperiness in accordance with the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards,j) weeding of clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and rhododendrons, together with removal of dirt to the place of management,k) trimming of hedges together with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the place of management,l) trimming of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses and azaleas, together with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the site,m) weeding of tree bowls together with removal of dirt to the site,n) removal of regrowth from the tree trunk and root neck together with removal of dirt to the site,o) removal of branches and boughs from the crowns of trees limiting the road verge, obstructing road signs, traffic lights, and broken and damaged trees, together with removal of dirt to the place of management,p) washing of benches, street, park, and bus stop garbage cans, as well as other elements of street furniture, including obelisks, bicycle racks, handrails, railings, plaques, etc.2Maintenance of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, green areas (lawns, shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and roses), bus stops - will be carried out with a distinction between the summer period and the winter period, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Employer. The summer period is considered the period from April 15 to November 14 of each year of the contract. The remaining period is treated as the winter period. During the time when there are no winter weather phenomena (including, but not limited to, glaze, snow cover, snowfall), the Contractor shall maintain the contracted areas as in the summer period.3. A detailed description can be found in the appendix to the SWZ 1. Ongoing summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting of:a) during the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, and removal of loose waste, such as. animal excrement, sand, mud, debris, concrete, grass, leaves, all lying branches and branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of traffic collisions, removal of dead animals and other debris and obstructions that threaten the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic from green spaces (lawns, shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, rhododendrons, bowls and trellises next to trees), along with removal of debris to the place of development in accordance with the standards of maintenance of the areas,b) in the winter period, mitigating the effects of winter slipperiness along with maintaining a winter emergency service,c) emptying street garbage cans, park garbage cans, bus stop garbage cans and waste segregation garbage cans along with replacing the bag and removal of dirt to the place of management,d) setting up, removal, emptying of SM1100 L containers along with removal of waste to the place of management during the Feast of the Dead,e) sweeping including the steps and sub-steps of the underpass at ul. Anny Lajming together with collection of dirt and removal to the place of management during the summer period,f) washing of the underpass at ul. Anny Lajming including the steps, treads and balustrade, ceiling and roof of the passage,g) raking and clearing weeds from sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, street barriers, street signs, streetlights and bus stops, together with curb cleaning and removal of debris to the site,h) mowing of lawns together with raking of swaths and removal of cut grass to the site,i) raking of leaves from lawns, including in clusters of shrubs, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, rhododendrons, tree bowls and trellises, together with their removal to the place of management,j) removal of advertisements and notices from trees, light poles, benches, baskets and other elements of street furniture,k) ongoing summer and winter maintenance of public transportation stops according to cleaning standards,l) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Contractor, the Contractor will be required to clean sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, bus stops from the material used to remove winter slipperiness in accordance with the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards,m) weeding of clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and rhododendrons, together with removal of dirt to the place of management,(n) pruning of hedges with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the site of management,o) pruning of shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses and azaleas with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the site of management,p) weeding of tree bowls with removal of dirt to the site of management,q) removal of offshoots from the tree trunk and root neck, together with removal of pollutants to the place of management,r) removal of branches and branches from the crowns of trees limiting the road verge, obstructing traffic signs, traffic lights, and broken and damaged trees, together with removal of pollutants to the place of management,s) cleaning of benches, street garbage cans, park garbage cans, bus stop garbage cans and waste separation garbage cans and other elements of small architecture, including obelisks, bicycle racks, handrails, railings, plaques, etc.2. A detailed description is provided in the appendix to the SWZ. 1. ongoing summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting of:a) during the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, and removal of loose waste, such as. animal excrement, sand, mud, debris, concrete, grass, leaves, all lying branches and branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of traffic collisions, removal of dead animals and other trash and obstacles that threaten the safety of traffic and pedestrians from green spaces (lawns, clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, rhododendrons, tree bowls and trellises) along with removal of debris to the place of development in accordance with the standards of maintenance of the areas,b) in the winter period, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness along with maintenance of the winter emergency service,c) emptying of street garbage cans, park garbage cans, bus stop baskets and waste segregation baskets along with bag replacement and removal of debris to the place of management,d) raking and clearing weeds from sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, street barriers, street signs, street lamps and bus stops along with curb cleaning and removal of debris to the place of management,e) mowing lawns together with raking the swath and removal of cut grass to the site,f) raking leaves from lawns, including in shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, roses, tree bowls together with their removal to the site,g) removing advertisements and notices from trees, light poles, benches, baskets and other landscaping elements,h) ongoing summer and winter maintenance of public transportation stops according to cleaning standards,i) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall clean sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs bus stops from the material used to remove winter slipperiness in accordance with the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards attached as Appendix No. 14a to the SWZ,j) weeding of clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and rhododendrons, together with removal of dirt to the place of management,k) trimming of hedges together with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the place of management,l) trimming of shrubs, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses and azaleas together with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the site of management,m) weeding of tree bowls together with removal of dirt to the site of management,n) removal of regrowth from the tree trunk and root neck together with removal of dirt to the site of management,o) removal of branches and boughs from the crowns of trees limiting the road verge, obstructing road signs, traffic lights, and broken and damaged trees, together with removal of dirt to the place of management,p) washing of benches, street, park, and bus stop garbage cans, as well as other elements of street furniture, including obelisks, bicycle racks, handrails, railings, plaques, etc.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the appendix to the SWZ. 1. ongoing summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting of:a) during the summer period, manual and mechanical cleaning of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, bicycle paths, stairs and removal of loose waste, such as. animal excrement, sand, mud, debris, concrete, grass, leaves, all lying branches and branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of traffic collisions, removal of dead animals and other trash and obstacles that threaten the safety of traffic and pedestrians from green spaces (lawns, clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and rhododendrons, tree bowls) along with removal of debris to the place of management in accordance with the standards of grounds maintenanceb) in the winter period, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness along with maintenance of the winter emergency service, c) emptying of park baskets and recycling garbage cans together with replacement of the bag and removal of pollutants to the place of management,d) raking and cleaning of weeds from sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, bicycle paths, stairs together with cleaning of curbs and removal of pollutants to the place of management,e) mowing of lawns and flower meadows, together with raking the swath and removal of cut grass to the place of management,f) raking of leaves from lawns, including in shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges, roses, bowls by trees, together with their removal to the place of management,g) removal of advertisements and notices from trees, light poles, benches, baskets and other elements of street furniture.h) at the end of the winter period or at the request of the Employer, the Contractor shall clean sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, bicycle paths, stairs, from the material used to remove winter slipperiness in accordance with the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards,i) weeding of clusters of shrubs, bushes, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and rhododendrons with removal of dirt to the site,j) trimming of hedges with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the site,k) trimming of bushes, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses and rhododendrons with removal of dry shoots and removal of dirt to the site,l) weeding of tree bowls along with removal of dirt to the development site,m) removal of offshoots from the tree trunk and root neck along with removal of dirt to the development site,n) removal of branches and boughs from the crowns of trees growing too low over alleys obstructing free passage or cycling, as well as broken and damaged ones along with removal of dirt to the development site,o) washing of benches, park baskets and recycling garbage cans, footbridges, bridges, stone surfaces and other elements of small architecture including obelisks, bicycle stands, handrails and railings, railings, glass surfaces, urban furniture, hammocks, placards, etc.2. Maintenance of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, bicycle paths, stairs, green areas (lawns, shrub clusters, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, hedges and roses) - will be carried out with a distinction between the summer period and the winter period, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Employer. The summer period is considered the period from April 15 to November 14 of each year of the contract. The remaining period is treated as the winter period. During the time when there are no winter weather phenomena (including, but not limited to, glaze, snow cover, snowfall), the Contractor shall maintain the contracted areas as in the summer period.3. Ongoing summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting of:(a) during the summer period, manual and mechanical cleaning of roadways, parking lots, bridges, overpasses, bicycle paths, bus bays, safety refuges, splitter islands, along with removal of loose waste, animal droppings, sand, mud, debris, loose concrete, grass, leaves, all lying branches and branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of road collisions, removal of dead animals and other waste and obstructions that threaten the safety of vehicular traffic, along with removal of dirt to the place of management,b) weed raking of roadways, parking lots, bridges, overpasses, bicycle paths, bus bays, safety asylums, splitter islands, together with cleaning of curbs and removal of dirt to the place of managementc) in the winter period, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with maintenance of the winter emergency service,d) vacuuming of gulleys in the winter period,e) pouring asphalt roadways during high temperatures,f) at the end of the winter period or at the request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will be required to clean roadways, parking lots, bridges, overpasses, bus bays, safety asylums, separation islands from the material used to remove winter slipperiness according to the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards.2. Maintenance of roadways, parking lots, bridges, overpasses, bus bays, safety bays, splitter islands - will be carried out with a distinction between the summer period and the winter period, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Employer. The summer period is considered the period from April 15 to November 14 of each year of the contract. The remaining period is treated as the winter period. During the time when there are no winter weather phenomena (including, but not limited to, glaze, snow cover, snowfall), the Contractor shall maintain the areas covered by the contract as in the summer period.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the appendix to the SWZ.
