The subject of the contract is winter maintenance and cleaning of road lanes of the city of Poznań in District IV - New City-South and District V - Grunwald in the period from October 16, 2023 to April 15, 2024 - snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness and cleaning of dirt from roadways, pedestrian roads, bicycle paths, city squares, underpasses and footbridges, parking areas of the Paid Parking Zone, cleaning up dirt from roadsides and green areas, emptying and maintenance of street garbage cans, as well as providing equipment support for the activities of the Cleanliness Emergency Service.
The subject of the contract is winter maintenance and cleaning of the road lanes of the city of Poznań in Area IV - New City-South, in the period from October 16, 2023 to April 15, 2024. - in particular, snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness and cleaning of dirt from roadways, pedestrian paths, bicycle paths, city squares, underpasses and footbridges, parking spaces of the Paid Parking Zone, cleaning of dirt from roadsides and green areas, emptying and maintenance of street garbage cans, as well as providing equipment support for the activities of the Cleaning Service.The boundaries of the region are defined by the map attached to the SWZ.The task covered by the contract is the fulfillment of obligations related to the maintenance of cleanliness and order on public roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznań, imposed on the Employer in accordance with the provision of Art. 5 paragraph 4 of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.The subject matter of the contract includes performance of the following activities, such as:- preventive protection of roadways against winter slipperiness,- de-icing of roadways, pedestrian paths and roads for bicycles with the use of front blade plows mounted on solar machines, sandblasters, trucks and agricultural tractors (the use of tractors is prohibited in the old town part of District V - inside the Second Traffic Framework); - de-icing of roadways, pedestrian paths and roads for bicycles using mechanical-manual technology, i.e. supplementing mechanical de-icing with manual shoveling of snow cover in places inaccessible to plows;- removal of winter slipperiness using appropriate (proper) doses of chemical and de-icing agents;- manual cleaning of slush and permafrost from the roadway curbside in the area of designated pedestrian crossings;- roughening of the pavement after shoveling snow and ice;- removal of permafrost around street gullies on an ongoing basis in order to drain water generated from melting snow from the roadway;- constant patrolling of the roads covered by the contract in order to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken and the technologies used, to correct the routes of the plow trucks and snowplows in the event of loss of passability of certain road sections, and to respond immediately to the occurrence of local slipperiness;- Maintaining a permanent dispatcher's duty working on a continuous basis, constant observation of the weather condition and analysis of data from weather stations and the IMiGW Forecast Office in terms of actions taken;- Eliminating slipperiness on driveways by manual sprinkling with chemical and improving agents - in case of impeded passage of plow trucks due to congestion on the streets;- clearing roadways of sand and other debris;- collecting and disposing of waste accumulated in the road lanes in the facilities intended for this purpose and maintaining these facilities in a proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition;- cleaning up mud, snow, ice and other debris from pedestrian roads, if the road administration collects fees for parking or parking of motor vehicles on such a pedestrian road or part thereof;- Cleaning of mud, snow, ice and other debris from the surface of public parking spaces of the Paid Parking Zone, reserved parking spaces designated in the SPP, and wheelchair envelopes;- cleaning of mud, snow, ice and other debris from roads for bicycles and city squares, as well as pedestrian roads, if they are not located directly on the border of the property adjacent to the road strip;- cleaning of debris from roadsides and green areas;- providing equipment support, in case of emergency events.
