Poland - Cleaning and polishing agents

Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of cleaning agents and household chemicals for the needs of the Polish Water Management Authority of the Regional Water Management Authority in Rzeszów.2 Within the scope of this order, the Economic Operator shall deliver original or equivalent products (cleaning agents and household chemicals).3 The term "equivalent product" shall mean a product with the same or better parameters as the original product.4 All cleaning agents and household chemicals proposed by the Economic Operator shall have the intact characteristics of the original factory packaging, including, but not limited to, the security features applied by the manufacturer. The packaging must be clean, without mechanical damage, ensuring proper quality and durability of the product.5 All the cleaning agents and household chemistry supplied must be labelled on the unit packaging in Polish, containing at least the name of the manufacturer and the product, the manner of use, destination, possible safety measures and storage methods, and the minimum shelf-life on the day of delivery.6 If the Ordering Party states within the framework of this order that the efficiency, quality or reliability of the delivered cleaning agents and household chemistry equivalent deviates from the parameters of the original product, the Contractor undertakes to replace the product offered with the original product.7The supply of household cleaning products and household chemicals will be made to the following locations: a) Scope specified in Attachment No. 1A and 1 B of the Regional Water Management Board in Rzeszów, Hetmańska 9, 35-959 Rzeszów, POLAND; b) Scope specified in Attachment No. 1C and 1D of the Water Management Board in Jasło, ul. Modrzejewskiego 12, 38-200 Jasło, POLAND; c) Scope specified in Attachment No. 1E Sink Management Board in Krosno, ul. Bieszczadzka 5, 38-400 Krosno, POLAND; d) Scope specified in Attachment No. 1F Sink Management Board in Stalowa Wola, ul. Jagiellońska 17, 37-464 Stalowa Wola, POLAND; e) Scope specified in Appendix No. 1G Management Board of the Sink in Przemyśl, ul. Wybrzeże Ojca św. Jana Pawła II 6, 37-700 Przemyśl, POLAND.
