Description

Provision of security and reception services, maintenance, glass and special cleaning, green maintenance, path and street cleaning, winter services at the DFS sites in the Rhine-Main region. The services are divided as follows:Lot 1: Security and reception services, e.g. operation of a security control center, manning of access gates and visitor reception areas, operation of an ID card office and patrols, internal office messenger services and janitorial services at FRA Tower, coordination of infrastructural services at external locations.Lot 2: Maintenance, glass and special cleaning.Lot 3: Green maintenance, path and street cleaning, winter services.
1x Assignment post: head of security control center, 365 days, 24 hours.1x Assignment post: telephone switchboard/assistant head of security control center, 252 days, 12 hours.1x Assignment post: visitor reception/supervision at corporate headquarters 252 days, 14 hours.1x Assignment post: visitor reception/supervision at reception center, 252 days, 10 hours.1x Assignment post: visitor reception/access control at gate 1, 365 days, 24 hours.1x Assignment post: visitor reception/access control at gate 1, 252 days, 8 hours.1x Assignment post: access control/supervision at Gate 9, 252 days, 14 hours.1x Assignment post: access control/supervision at Gate 9, 252 days, 8 hours.2x Assignment post: patrol, control and intervention service, 365 days, 24 hours.1x Assignment post: badge office - creation and administration of DFS duty badges, 201 days, Mon-Thu 8.5 hours, 51 days Fri 7.5 hours.1x Assignment post: janitorial duties and internal office messenger services at Tower Frankfurt, 252 days, 7.5 hours (170 hours/month). 1st Langen Campus: Plant, technical and office areas, sanitary rooms, etc. with various floor coverings; approx. 140,000 sqm / glass area approx. 41,000 sqm.2. Tower Frankfurt: Plant, technical and office areas, sanitary rooms, etc. with various floor coverings: approx. 2,800 sqm / glass area approx. 440 sqm, tower pulpit approx. 135 sqm glass area.2x Assignment items outside of regular maintenance cleaning for special cleaning, 252 days, 7.5 hours.DFS provides IT applications for cleaning management on the client side (e.g. for order processing and quality assurance), which are to be used by the contractor.Special features for the Langen Campus:The Langen Campus consists of 9 buildings and 2 parking garages and has a canteen and three cafeterias.The air traffic controllers work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so special cleaning times apply during the night shift for the operating rooms.1x per year, the large glass cleaning (glass with frames) is carried out with large cherry pickers and, if necessary, climbing equipment (inner courtyards corporate headquarters). The climbing costs are to be taken into account accordingly when submitting the offer. Special cleaning is carried out as required and commissioned accordingly. Special cleaning for Corona is to be considered separately.Special features for the Frankfurt Airport site:At Frankfurt Airport, the DFS property consists of two buildings, Tower Frankfurt North and Tower Frankfurt South. Tower North is located in the security area of the Lufthansa base; Tower South is used as redundancy and is located in the CargoCity South operating area. At Tower North, daily maintenance cleaning, monthly glass cleaning of the tower pulpit and annual glass cleaning on the building are to be provided.Note:The activities advertised fall under compliance with the DSGVO. Green maintenance:Green maintenance includes, but is not limited to, mowing lawns, fertilizing lawns, sweeping artificial turf, cleaning pond areas, maintaining and trimming shrubs, ground cover, bamboo areas, riparian perennials, reeds, hedges, green roofs.The green areas consist of approx. 58,500 sqm of lawn, approx. 15,000 sqm of planting beds (shrubs, ground cover, bamboo areas, riparian perennials, reeds, hedges, green roofs) a small wooded area, 5,000 sqm of water areas and a small field artificial turf sports field.Road and path maintenance:Regular sweeping and cleaning work is to be carried out on all paved areas (approx. 40,000 sqm) outside and inside the fenced-in area, including all areas (approx. 15,000 sqm) in the parking garages and underground parking lot.Winter maintenance:Carrying out winter maintenance at the DFS Campus Langen.Winter readiness from 15.10. to 31.03. of the following year.Areas to be gritted/cleared: approx. 47,000 sqm.-Min. 2x duty posts: green maintenance, road and path maintenance, winter service 252 days, 7.5 hours.
