Poland - Civil liability insurance services

Description

The scope of insurance includes in particular: General civil liability (tort, contract and tort-contractual liability) for running a business and possession and use of property, including losses resulting from the current period of insurance for services, activities, contracts performed/concluded earlier. The Insurer shall also be liable for losses occurring after the performance of a work, service or contract, also for losses occurring after the subject of activities, works or services provided by the Policyholder/insured has been handed over to the recipient, resulting from their defective performance, also when the subject of activities, works or services has been handed over to the recipient before the beginning of the insurance period.Activity accepted for insurance: Each type of activity, including the one which, in accordance with the articles of association or with the copy of the National Court Register, may be conducted by the policyholder/insured and each other type of activity specified in the appendices to the ToR, apart from the business activity, also conducting the activity of other than business activity, and in particular:1. the activity of the infrastructure manager resulting from the Act of 28 March 2003 on railway transport (Journal of Laws 2019.710, i.e. of 2019.04.17) and any other type of activity defined in annexes to the ToR (Questionnaire);2) other activity, including, among others, civil liability for social, cultural, recreational, tourist and sports activities;3) activity related to the implementation on their own and for the needs of railway entities of fire protection tasks, environmental protection, protection of property in the railway area;4). Investment activity (acting as an Investor in investment processes);5. any type of activity carried out by subcontractors related to the provision of services on behalf of and for the benefit of the Policyholder/insured.The guarantee sum is PLN 100,000,000 (one hundred million zlotys) for one and all insurance accidents during the insurance period over the guarantee sum under the basic agreement (the guarantee sum under the basic agreement is PLN 100,000,000 (attachment point).
