Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the development of construction and detailed design documentation for the extension of provincial road No. 411 on the section of Polski Świętów - Bodzanów with a total length of approx. 7.3 km from km 12+985 to km 20+285, along with the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, reconstruction of engineering structures, including bridges, reconstruction of intersections, construction of a technological duct and construction of drainage for the road lane on the section in question, as well as development of two applications for permission to implement a road investment and materials necessary to obtain a ZRID decision in accordance with the terms of the SWZ.
The subject matter of the contract shall include: a) surveying works: - preparation of maps for design purposes,- preparation of land division,b) design works: - preparation of the construction design (including the land development design, architectural-construction design and technical design) with division into two tasks, i.e.:- Task I: section of DW 411 from km 12+985 to km 15+885 - Task II: section of DW 411 from km 15+885 to km 20+285Note: the division of the investment into stages is the proposal of the Contracting Authority. The exact boundary of the division of the investment will be clarified with Jed Proj during the development of the design documentation. The Ordering Party has the design documentation for the reconstruction of the road viaduct over the PKP railroad line in the course of provincial road No. 411 in the town of Nowy Swietow km 16+912 along with access roads. Drawings of the design documentation will be made available in the tender procedure, in connection with the above, the developed road section will be excluded from the design work, to which it is necessary to refer:- prepare two applications (Task I and Task II) with materials to obtain a decision on permission to implement a road investment (ZRID),- prepare the detailed design separately for Task I and Task II - prepare a draft target traffic organization with its approval,- prepare information on safety and health protection due to the specificity of the designed building object (BIOZ) separately for Task I and Task II - prepare detailed technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works separately for Task I and Task II,- preparation of the cost estimate part (investor's cost estimate, bid cost estimate, works take-off, calculation of unit prices) separately for task I and task II,- preparation of studies in the field of environmental protection, including environmental impact assessment report, if required, along with obtaining the decision on environmental conditions of the enterprise,- preparation of the water supply and sewage disposal plan - the contractor should obtain the legally required water permits referred to in Art. 388 of the Act Pr wod, among others.: water permits to the required extent (among others. in the scope of water service, special use of water, construction of water facilities including temporary bridge structures if required, running bridges, pipelines, conduits in casing pipelines or culverts through flowing surface waters within the boundaries of the shoreline and through dykes; running overhead power and telecommunication lines through inland waterways and through dykes, locating in areas of special flood hazard: (a) new projects that may have a significant impact on the environment, (b) new construction projects)-obtain a water law assessment-if required-obtain decisions referred to in Art. 77 regarding prohibitions of certain activities in water areas or special flood hazard areas - if requiredThe fees associated with obtaining water-law permits and all necessary attachments to obtain the above-mentioned permits shall be borne by the Project UnitThe Project Unit will be responsible for obtaining all required decisions, agreements, opinions from competent authorities of the State Treasury National Water Holding Company, necessary for the implementation of the investment project. perform soil surveys - boreholes (according to the list of parameters for performing geological boreholes), The Project Unit will obtain all agreements that allow entering the area to perform the boreholes - perform a detailed inventory of greenery with a felling plan - obtain agreements with operators of networks located in the area of the project. - c) prepare answers to questions of the contractors, provide clarifications regarding the developed design docu- ments, and make possible modifications (corrections and additions) to the design docu- ments, and prepare a detailed design docu- ments in the course of the procedure for the realization of construction works for the project. d) perform author's supervision during the construction and warranty period for defects for works realized on the basis of the design docu- ments prepared by the Design Unit.
