Description

1. The subject of the order is the supply of chromatographs for the needs of the Laboratory for Residue Analysis of Plant Protection Products of the Central Laboratory of the Main Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed, specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form, divided into 2 parts:- Part No. 1 - Set: liquid chromatograph coupled to a mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS system) for trace analysis of pesticide residues;- Part No. 2 - Set: gas chromatograph coupled to a mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS system) for trace analysis of pesticide residues2. The detailed manner of execution of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form.
Delivery of a set: liquid chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS system) for trace analysis of pesticide residues for the needs of the Laboratory for Residue Analysis of Plant Protection Products of the Central Laboratory of the Main Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed Production.2. The detailed manner of execution of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Contract and Appendix No. 2 to SWZ - Assortment and Price Form, which constitutes an integral part of Appendix No. 3 to SWZ - Bid Form.3.The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 (1) (8) of the PPL Act.4. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate holding the electronic auction referred to in Art. 227 - 238 of the PPL Act.5. The Contracting Authority does not permit submission of variant bids within the meaning of Art. 92 (1) of the PPL Act.6. 1 of the PPL Act.6. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate concluding a framework agreement, as referred to in Art. 311 - 315 of the PPL Act.7. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate reimbursing costs of participation in the proceedings.8. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of bids in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the bid.9.The Contracting Authority may cancel the procedure for the award of a contract if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not allocated to him, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.10. The Contracting Authority does not require a deposit.11. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid bond.11. If, due to a prolonged procedure, it will not be possible to conclude a contract by December 18, 2023, the Contracting Authority will invalidate the proceedings in question due to the fact that the funds allocated for the execution of the contract will expire at the end of December 2023.
