Description
The state-owned company was established in 2007 in Shaanxi province, with registered capital of RMB 300 million. Its main business includes R&D, manufacturing, marketing and technical support of high performance zirconium and stainless steel products. It is also involved in production and manufacture of civil nuclear zirconium sponge, zirconium alloy ingot, billet, plate, strip and tubing plus the recycled material process.
It is has capacity for producing 60 tons of zirconium tubes and bars annually. This capacity is expected to increase over the next three to four years, as a response to increased zirconium demand in China.
It is seeking iron products from potential partners that can meet long term and stable demand.
Abrasive grit or iron wire of around 1 ton per year, which meets the following requirements:
• mesh size of abrasive grit: 1mm-5mm
• proportion of product with mesh size less than 3mm: ≥10%
• small quantity of 5mm-8mm product is allowed (≤5% of total weight)
• diametre of iron wire: 2mm-4mm
Impurity requirements (max %):
C: 0.030, Si: 1.0, Mn: 1.50, P: 0.01, S: 0.05, Al: 0.03, Ni: 0.007, Cr: 0.05, Cu: 1.0, B: 0.001, Ca: 1.0, Co: 0.10, N: 0.03.
Iron ingot providers, which fulfil the chemical feature requirements detailed above, are also welcome to register their interest.
