The O2O (online to offline) platform is a retail-division of a leading Chinese delivery services company, based in Shenzhen. Adhering to their mission “best products and home service”, it is focused on supplying quality products to its customers, including frozen fresh food and other commodities. Its community stores cover more than 60 first, second and third-tier cities in China, serving approximately 3,000 households in each city.
Its key strengths are in the supply chain area. Its target customers are middle-class families wanting a quick doorstep delivery service from a physical store close to their residential area. Its products include fresh foods and imported foodstuff through its 1,800 community stores. Its e-commerce platform and mobile app supports the business network.
It is seeking collaboration with UK based brand owners and exporters that can provide good quality products, an efficient service, a stable supply and help consolidate different brands and products. Its key products of interest area biscuits, confectionery and nuts.
