It should be based on a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) modular IT system, with configuration and parameterisation including modules:

- know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML)

- security, access and channel management (SACM)
- teller services (TL)
- electronic and online services (S/DMS e-services)
