Isabel, Calapan City November 19, 2018 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Sir/Madam: DepEd SDO thru its Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested and legitimate bidders to participate in the Catering Services (Meals and Snacks) including Venue for the participants of the 3rd Division Congress for two (2) days taking into consideration the following with its inclusions: Title of the Program: Catering Services (Meals and Snacks) including venue for the 3rd Division Congress Proposed Venue: within Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro 1. Delivery Period is on: November 28 & 29, 2018 Day 1 (Nov 28) – 82 PAX Day 2 (Nov 29) – 86 PAX  Function hall must have projector (free of use) and a screen and (white) board and marker and a sound system with 2 microphones (at least 1 wired, other may be wireless)  Availability of Tables and chairs  Standby crew for the sound system operation is within reach in the duration of the activity  With provision of overflowing cold/hot water and coffee with available drinking glasses/cups The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (P78,960.00) only. Any quotation/bid amount submitted exceeding the ABC shall automatically be rejected. This is VAT inclusive. Refusal to accept the award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanction under Rule XXIII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184. 2. Bids/RFQ must be submitted SEALED and be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 9:00 AM on November 23, 2018.
